 How to get rid of BitLocker encryption without activating it first

there's no need to write what is bitlocker etc. 

If you want to get rid of BitLocker encryption without activating it first use :

manage-bde c: -off

There is no other way to deadactive bitlocker while it is in that "waiting" state.
