the most stupid idea i think, of course as an owner you will think "i paying them, they are work for me so i have to work them to the bones(not the limit)"

is it pay, worth it to work like a horse ?
is it  worth ?
how to management in there ?
is it ok ?
maybe you will,
but maybe you will say
"you are too much talking and bla bla, get out you are fired",
don't be afraid my friend there's always work, you don't have to loyal to the company, they will exploit you and work you, and as the result you will only get a limited amount of it.

maybe its good as company, because if they work harder company can be better and the cash flow and company will be good, the boss happy, customer happy, client happy, but how the employee ?
did they happy ?
maybe some of them will be it's ok i am already used to it.

but it's not like,
we can work but we don't have to work harder just smarter.
996 is bulshit.

956 maybe better.
it's not like you are in better environments working hard until midnight, it's not productive.

maybe they are owner of a big company and of course they want their company to become more bigger and better, and of course become absolute better than their rivals.

but how about make it more like quality than quantity, you want to make it like
how about paying them more, and they can work twice as they want it.
you don't have that kind of money to pay them, cut the expenses.
its unbelievable you don't have that kind of money to pay the employee more when you are demand for more from them ?

it's ridiculous right ?

but as boss i can't monitor them because i have a lot of employees, That's why you have a manager.
but it's not like by giving them much more money they start working better. no it's like that.
that's why quality over quantity
check em out, did they do their job ?
if they do, all of them under their division will be good too, if their manager is good.

even that will be a bride and you can tolerate it because it's within safe and it's not hurtin' the company as a whole, just think it reverse and you will get the picture.

ah you don't know what you are talking about.

well maybe i don't but i will just say it the good boss will be lead their employees.
but the boss only want their power and knowledge while paying them with a minimum salary. maybe a little bit more.

i don't want to talk about this anymore, think about this yourself.
you are a boss of the big company, you should now better about your company.

i am just saying out my opinion.
